Victor Buyck Steel Construction Sdn. Bhd. is the Asian fabrication arm of the Victor Buyck Group, which is the largest structural steel fabricator in Belgium and one of the top ten fabricators in Europe. We currently have vacancies for our plant in Seremban, N. Sembilan. We invite suitable and qualified personnel to join our team.

HR (payroll) / Admin Assistant
· To assists in administration of HR Department
· Understand well in employee/employer statutory contribution.
· Understand well in calculation of OT, leave and ORP. contribution to EPF, Socso & Itax,
· Experience in UBS system.
· Employee attendance and leave management
· Familiar and well versed with Labor Law, IR matters, Training & Development and Recruitment
· Any other tasks related to HR management
· Knowledge in ISO 9001:2008 will be an advantage
· Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
· At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
· Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
· Full-Time position(s) available.

Quantity Surveyor
Responsibilities:
· To assist in the preparation and submission of project tenders
· Preparation of measurement of structural steelwork
· To liaise with clients/customers – local and worldwide
· To liaise with steel mills/suppliers/vendors/subcontractors on pricing matters, steel quality, steel availability, etc.
· Any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
· With minimum 3yrs working experience in Construction preferably in steel structures
· Preferably Degree, Diploma in Quantity Surveying
· Must be able to read and understand terms of the contract and other client requirement
· Writing and conversation in English
· Meticulous and possess positive working attitude are very important criteria
· Able to multi-task and work independently
· Pleasant personality with good communication skills
· Able to commence work within short notice

Maintenance Assistant
· Involves repair and preventative maintenance of all plant machinery and equipment, keeping service history records of every machine.
· Good knowledge and experience of various types of electrical, electronic, mechanical & hydraulic systems used, CNC cutting drilling & punching equipment, grinding machines, hand tools and various welding equipment SMAW,SAW,FCAW and all lifting devices
· Certificate in Mechanical or Electrical.
· Three years’ experience in maintenance of factory
· Computer literate
· Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
· Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Maintenance/Repair (Facilities & Machinery) or equivalent.
· Full-Time position(s) available.Certificate in PW1 or PW2 will be an added advantage Certificate in PW1 or PW2 will be an added advantage
· Certificate in PW1 or PW2 will be an added advantage


Yard Coordinator
Involves receiving & inspection of all incoming raw materials, ensuring that:
· any damages are reported before or after loading
· check material type, grade, matching mill certificates and size onforms with delivery note,.
· store materials in a special designated project area
· mark & colour code special steel grades
· He should constantly review and record material in stock, maintain, co-ordinate & allocate all materials assigned to production areas, to provide general assistance with material handling in all plant areas.
· He should have knowledge and understanding of operating the forklift & all overhead cranes
· SPM & equivalent education.
· At least 3 to 5 years of experience in related field
