QA Engineer (In Process)

PERSONAL SPECIFICATIONS
Degree in an Engineering Discipline, Quality related courses.
Good knowledge of problem solving tools such as 7 QC tools, SPC, DOE, FMEA, Poka-Yoke, 8D and etc.
Knowledge of Quality Management Systems such as ISO9001 and ISO/TS16949.
Customer focused and able to work cross functionally to meet customer requirements.
Good communication skills and leadership to drive quality improvement projects.
Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position.
A fast learner and able to perform the work with minimum supervision.
Qualified internal auditor for ISO9001 and ISO/TS 16949 is an added advantage.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead a team of QA inspectors to perform QA inspection work.
Support customer quality investigation and lead to implement an effective corrective action and preventive action within in-process QA.
Lead and coordinate in routine quality review meeting with various departments.
Drive and participate in various continual improvement activities aimed at improving quality levels in the plant.
Develop, implement and update policy and procedures to support an effective quality management system.
Develop and maintain an effective quality inspection plan within the plant.
Reduce NCR and scrap through projects by working with production personnel.
Provide customer inspection reports on need basis
Monitoring and maintaining good outgoing quality to customer.
Prepare all quality reports to meet the requirements of external and internal customers.
Develop, implement and update policy and procedures to support an effective quality management system
Actively support in Internal Quality Audit, Manufacturing Process and Product Audit as well as supplier audit.

SQE Engineer

PERSONAL SPECIFICATIONS
Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering
Minimum of 2 years experience in SQE job function
Good organization skills and communication skills

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate on quality improvement programs with suppliers and subcontractors
Develop new suppliers and subcontractor
Develop good incoming inspection and method
Coordinate on improvement programs with suppliers and subcontractors
Carry out supplier and subcontractor audits and report findings
Work on new requirements or projects that may relate to suppliers and subcontractors contribution
Review performance of suppliers and subcontractors monthly basis

STOREKEEPER

PERSONAL SPECIFICATIONS
Min SPM Education
With driving license & familiar with forklift & reachtruck operating
Basic computer knowledge

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
a) Main Scope
Ensure proper physical handling of goods
Ensure incoming goods match with incoming document
Ensure outgoing of goods match with outgoing document
Submit individual monthly KPI report to Logistics Supervisor
Other task assign by Logistics Supervisor

MACHINE SETTER (Fastener Industry)

PERSONAL SPECIFICATIONS
Diploma in Mechanical or Certificate from Technical School
Able to work in shift
Good in attitude and attendance
Experience in fastener background will be added advantage
Fast learner and able to perform the work with minimum supervision.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Setting up machine follow the production plan schedules;
Handler minor machine trouble shooting, change set up;
Complete the FA for new product;
Maintain work production safety & 5S;
Perform hourly quality inspection and real time SPC;
Compliance to SOP, OPL, WI etc requirement.
