To improve and maintain the system of inspection and quality assurance
To prepare and control the documents such as drawing, product cautions etc
Investigate the defect cause and issuance of Quality Claim Report for further improvement
To co-ordinate with supplier on the quality conditions
To audit supplier production process and exchange quality information especially involving defect parts
Able to conduct supplier audit independently
Able to manage big crowd such as Quality Conference with supplier
Able to prepare data analysis base on monthly data collection for supplier’s next improvement steps
