TRAIN & PLACE PROGRAM
What is it?
It is a new program under Ministry of Human Resource to improve and guarantee jobs opportunity to all Malaysian. The training fees will be support by the Ministry.

Who is entitled for it?
This program opens to:
Retrenched workers
Unemployed graduates
Youth

How long is the training duration?
Training will be held at approved training center in duration from 1 to 6 months.

Training Fees / Living Allowance
Training fees will be support by Ministry of Human Resources.

CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR

PERSONAL SPECIFICATIONS
- Diploma or Degree in any discipline
- Good communication skills in English
- Experience in Microsoft and QAD preferred..

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the assigned customer in meeting customers satisfaction.
- To meet AOP target for sales of each customers.
- Responsible for handling customers request & feedback (quotation, product sample, compliant) arranging delivery, monitoring delivery status
- To manage feedback from customers in tactful, courteous and professional manner
- Responsible to keep Finished Goods inventory at the lower level and maintain the customer’s sales at the same time.
- Work closely with internal department such planning, manufacturing, QA & Engineering, Finance in order to fulfill customer satisfactions.

Skop Kerja
1. Menolong mengendali kerja dan aktiviti di gudang, seperti mengambil dan menyusun stok.
2. Menjalankan aktiviti kebersihan di gudang.


2. OPERATOR PENGELUARAN
Kelayakan Kerja
1. Calon mesti berumur 20 tahun dan ke atas.
2. Memiliki sekurang-kurangnya sijil SPM.
3. Calon yang memiliki sijil MLVK atau sijil kemahiran lain amat dialu-alukan.

Skop Kerja
1. Menjalankan tugasannya di Jabatan Pengeluaran.
2. Mengendali mesin dan kelengkapan yang ada di Jabatan Pengeluaran.
3. Penolong Raw Material (RM Assistant)

Kelayakan Kerja
1. Calon mesti berumur 20 tahun dan ke atas.
2. Memiliki sekurang-kurangnya sijil PMR.
3. Calon yang boleh membawa forklift amat dialu-alukan.

Skop Kerja
1. Mengurus dan menyusun bahan mentah dan bahan bungkusan.
2. Menimbang dan merekod bahan-bahan mentah.
