JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. To plan, carry out and co-ordinate the routine and periodical machine preventive maintenance

2. To assist, trouble shooting and rectify all the machines breakdown and problems

3. To operate the machines/plant/equipment’s in strict adherence to the set production procedures

4. To prepare and assist in preparing all the training materials and tools

5. To train and guide the new and existing workers for the new process system and procedures

6. To act supervisor when supervisor is absent

7. To handle and transport waste, schedule waste and chemical follow SOP and related regulations

8. To carry out other duties assigned by management as per Special Duties & Responsibilities Manual

9. Any other duties assigned by the management from time to time

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

1. Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

2. Preferably candidates with 1-2 years experience in related field

3. Computer literate, especially in Microsoft Office applications

4. Able to communicate with all level of staff

5. Able to work independently with minimum supervision

6. Technical skill

7. Willing to work on shift

BOILERMAN

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. To operate the boiler and ensure the ample supply of energy for the plant usage.

2. To plan, carry out and co-ordinate the routine and periodical machine preventive maintenance.

3. Maintain the equipment in the boiler house in order to meet Production, Safety, Health & Environment requirement.

4. To ensure a clean and safe working environment in their respective sections.

5. To check on their worker’s attendance and take disciplinary actions where applicable.

6. To carry out other duties assigned by Immediate Superior.

7. Any other duties assigned by the management from time to time

8. Ensure PPE is worn by subordinates at all times.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

1. Preferably SPM/MCE qualification

2. 1st grade Boiler Certificate from Dept. Of Occupational Safety & Health

3. Willing to work on shift

4. Able to speak and understand Bahasa Malaysia or English
