JOB TITLE: HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT
Job Description:
• To prepare
contract agreement for contract staff for project.
• To update
record and manage OGSP, AESP, Certificate and Medical for all staff.
• To update
monthly medical expenses for all staff to ensure not over use.
• To manage
stationeries and asset company (damage, renovation, repairing).
• Check
attendance and absenteeism staff rate from each department and thereafter
submit a monthly summary report to the Asst. Manager.
• Prepare
name list of all employees for cover by company insurance.
• Preparation
Insurance documentation.
• Register
new employees to their EPF, SOCSO and bank account.
• Receiving
and answering incoming call.
• Prepare /
Register thumb print for new employees.
• Preparing
label for all files.
• Other task
ad hoc by your superior.
• Assisting
the executive in the day to day activities.
Job Location: Senawang, Seremban
Qualifications/Requirements:
Minimum Diploma
in Human Resources or equivalent.
At least have
1 year experience with in related field.
Able to work
under pressure and independently.
Responsible,
accountable and good working attitude.
Possess with
own transport.
Age: 21-25
