1. Procurement Assistant (Tender)
Job Description:
o To assist Tender Executive compile the document Tender
o Provide administrative support and clerical work
o Prepare and maintain record data client.
o Responsible for tender collection & submission
o Liaise with all departments within the company to clearly
define the
procurement process and required forms and authorizations
needed
Requirement:
o Candidate must posses at least Diploma in Business
Management/Marketing
o Relevant working experience as added advantage
o Male Only
o Age: 25-30
o Ability to communicate and writing in English will be an
advantage
o Good knowledge on Microsoft Application ie. Excel and Word
2. Safety Supervisor (HSE)
Job Description:
o To ensure all staffs, workers at work area comply with
Safety, Health
and Environmental regulations.
o Ensure all workers and site personnel with OGSP
Card/CIDB/AESP.
o Ensure all representative and site conduct the Daily Tool
Box at site
and submit weekly report.
o Ensure all employees are equipped with the Compulsory
Personal
Protective equipment like safety shoes, safety helmet and
etc.
o To update documentation related with OSHAS 18001 & MS
1722.
o Plan and schedule for Safety Audit.
o Responsible for the adherence of Safety & Health
Policies.
o Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior.
Requirement:
o Candidate must posses at least Diploma / Certificate in
Engineering
(Environment/Safety & Health) or Certificate in Safety
& Health Officer
Competency from NIOSH or equivalent
Relevant working
experience as added advantage
o Knowledge in Occupational Safety and Health &
Environmental
Management.
o Hardworking, able to work independently, good
communication,
supervisory skills and self-starter.
o Ability to communicate and writing in English will be an
advantage
