Malaysian SH Precision Sdn. Bhd. (MSHP) is an established Japanese company engaged in the manufacture of Lead-frame for Semiconductor market. To support our business growth, we are seeking highly motivated individual for the position of:

ENGINEER

Responsibilities:

 To drive the team towards product improvement activities

 Fully in-charge of new product development activities

 Co-ordinates the changes of process flow.

 To confirm on product and process specification

 Liaise with tool maker during stamping tools fabrication

 Liaise with customer for both product improvement and new product development.

Requirements:

 Degree in any Science or Engineering discipline

 Has at least one year working experience in a manufacturing environment.  Must be dynamic, self-initiated with good interpersonal skills.

 Capable of working independently with minimum supervision

 Auto CAD literate and has good command of MS Office application

 Able to read technical drawings.

 Knowledge in ISO9001, ISO14001, TS16949, SPC & FMEA is an added advantage

 Aged below 35 years old
