1. Assistant Manager (HR Cum Administration Department) – HQ
Office (SENAWANG)
General Description of Duties
Provides job candidates by screening, interviewing, and
testing applicants, notifying existing staff of internal opportunities,
maintaining personnel records, Pays employees by calculating pay, maintaining
records, Monitors unemployment claims by reviewing claims, substantiating
documentation, requesting legal counsel review, Maintains human resources
records by recording recruitment, payroll, benefit and compensation, training development,
labour law, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, merit
increases, tracking vacation, sick, and personal time.
Requirements:
a)Min. Degree holder in relevant discipline from recognized
University or equivalent
b)Min 2 years working experience with 1year in HR of Oil
& Gas.
c)Must have management skill & leadership skill.
d)Age 28-35
e) Strong organisational skills, and the ability to plan and
prioritise workload.
f)Able to work with minimum supervision and independent.
g)Dedication and Committed with their assignment.
h) The ability to develop strong working relationships with
subordinate, Branch Coordinators, and other Support Office departments and Self
motivated.
2. Branch Coordinator - Bintulu Office
General Description of Duties
Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Branch Coordinator is
an interesting and diverse position with a variety of responsibilities,
including welcoming clients, planning a busy diary, and dealing with telephone
enquiries, carrying out general administration and upkeep of customer records
via the internal database system. The successful applicant will be a team
player who has an outgoing personality, is self motivated and has the ability
to use their own initiative. In addition the Branch Coordinator will be
computer literate and be flexible to cover sickness and holiday absence as and
when required.
Requirements:
. Min. Diploma
holder in relevant discipline from recognized University or equivalent
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both on
the telephone and face-to-face, including an understanding of the communication
needs of the hearing impaired.
•A pro-active approach, prepared to take actions that may
improve the business.
•Age – 23th and above (Sarawak Ian) or 27th and above for
Peninsular
•Strong organisational skills, and the ability to plan and
prioritise workload.
•Enthusiasm for working as part of a branch team whose
principal focus is to boost the turnover of the branch and provide exceptional
service.
•The ability to develop strong working relationships with
Dispensers, Branch Coordinators, and other Support Office departments.
•The willingness and ability to learn and adapt to change.
•A flexible approach to working hours.
•The ability to work with minimal supervision and take
ownership to solve problems.
3. Safety Supervisor- Bintulu Office
General Description of Duties
-Ensure compliance with all Regulation under relevant
Occupational Safety and Health Acts
-Planning , co-ordinate and conducted Health , Safety ,
Security and Environmental activities an
program to be conducted at
project site
Requirements:
•Process a Diploma/ certification occupational safety &
health certified by NIOSH
- Experience 2-3 years working experience in project site
safety and health issue
- Must have attend any course related with safety and health
- Prefer Male
- Age : 25-30
- Have knowledge with OSHA will be advantage
- Ability to travel
