INDIRECT MATERIAL PURCHASING CLERK

Responsibilities:

·         Goods Received Note processing & data input. This will include matching of invoices with the Purchase Order & Delivery Order.

·         Goods receiving from suppliers.

·         Request for quotation (start off with monitoring & update, then move on to request from supplier once competent).

·         Filing of all documents ( must be done on a day to day basis.

·         Basic housekeeping of IDM purchasing receiving room.

·         Willing to perform Over Time to cover outstanding work(during peak season),this may include coming to work on non-working days.

Requirements

Minimum Diploma, SPM will consider depending on work experience.

·         Preferably 1-2 years work experience in MNC.

·         Those with purchasing background will be advantage.

·         Sound and logical thinker.

·         Possesses an eye for detail.

·         Able to adapt to fast moving working environment.

·         Independent and able to work with minimal supervision.

·         Matured and pleasant personality.

·     Good health condition – MUST declare any illness during  interview.

·      Results & action-oriented, committed and able to meet deadlines

·     Good Computer Skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, AutoCAD and etc)

·   Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Japanese language    will be an advantage.
