PURCHASING & WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT
Requirements :
1. Candidate must
possess at lease Certificate or Diploma in any field of study.
2. Computer
literate
3. At least 3 years
of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
4. Preferably
non-executive specializing in Purchasing and Warehouse management.
5. Familiar with
spare parts & maintenance items.
6. Able to handle
forklift is an advantage.
Main Duties & Responsibilities :
1. To assist
Purchasing matter in the department operation include correspondence, purchase
Order, arrangement of invoice and quotation.
2. To assist on
sourcing, selecting of supplier for the best purchase package in terms of
quality, price, target data and services from supplier.
3. To assist on
import/export shipment follow-up with forwarding agent.
4. To assist on
warehouse receiving of materials, arrangement, issuing end month inventory.
5. General support
regards to Purchasing and warehouse management.
