QUANTITY SURVEYOR
Job Responsibilities
To assist in the
preparation and submission of project tenders
Preparation of
measurement of structural steelwork
To liaise with
clients/customers – local and worldwide
To liaise with
steel mills/suppliers/vendors/subcontractors on pricing matters,
steel
quality, steel
availability, etc.
In this role you
have to liaise with the procurement, production and Project
Management
in order to get best
possible proposals and post contract follow-up.
Requirement
Candidate must
possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Civil) or
equivalent.
At least 3
year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for
this position.
Preferably
executive specializing in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
Full-Time
position(s) available.

1. Estimation
Engineer
Qualification
· Bachelor
Degree in Mechanical/ Chemical Engineering and minimum 2-3 years’
experience in Manufacturing and fabrication of pressure vessels.
· Must be able
to do costing and estimation on unfired pressure vessels, Heat
Exchangers and Silos.
· Computer
Literate and ability to use required softwares, knowledge in PV Elite
will be an additional advantage.
· Must be able
to read, write and speak in English, BM and Mandarin.
2. Receptionist
Qualification
Candidate must
possess at least SPM, Higher Secondary/SPM/STPM
At least 1-2
year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for
this position.
Computer
literate and good telephone handling skill.
Must be able to
speak fluent English.

Maintenance Supervisor – (1 Vacancy)
· Minimum
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

Experienced in oxy and arc welding
· Good
knowledge and experience in plant maintenance and trouble shooting,
including pneumatic and hydraulic system.

work with production staff as a team
