CLERK

Reporting to:  Asst Manager & Manager of Engineering Dept.

Age Group  :  18 years to 30 years

Qualification   : SPM/ STPM

Skill  : Computer Literacy, Typewriting skill, Able to speak and write in English & Bahasa Melayu

Duties & Resp           

1)       Prepare monthly report for Engineering dept

2)       Prepare attendance for Engineering dept

3)       Prepare correspondence

4)       Prepare monthly inventory stock sheet

5)       Prepare breakdown report and analysis

6)       To record down into system historical info & data

7)       Any job assigned by the Superior from time to time
