position
Job Spec:
1. Create Quality Assurance Policies and Procedure to ensure
company quality objectives are achieved.
2. Ensure that the quality and environment management system
is implemented accordingly to ISO standard legal requirement,customers
requirement. Management System are properly maintained and continuously review
for improvement.
3. Conduct internal and external audits.
4. Assess sub-contractors on quality matters.
5. Identify and conduct training requirements on quality
improvement program company wide.
6. Management of causes and corrective action.
7. Liaise with customers, third parties and suppliers on
quality aspect.
8. Disposition of non conforming item.
9. Analysis of incoming goods inspection and notification to
Purchasing Department.
10. Analysis of outgoing test and inspection and
notification to Production Department.
11. Maintenance of Quality/Environmental Documents and
Records.
12. Ensure company wide calibration control.
13. Ensure documented inspection procedures and work
instructions are carried out by subordinates.
14. Define and Review the reponsibility and authority of
Quality Assurance Personnel.
15. Report to the Factory Manager,GM or Managing Director if
any doubt.
16. Additional responsibilities as and when instructed by
superior.
17. Participate in 5s'activities for company wide.
18. Finalizing quality judgement on part and raw material.
19. Define of the Quality Plan in Company.
Requirement
1.Possess Degree or Diploma
2.Possess relevant experince without degree with be
considered
