Secretary

Acting as Personal Assistant to Executive Chairman (ED) and Managing Director (MD.)
Maintaining and updating company profile.
Composing official letters, fax, and memos for external and internal communications.
Coordinate incoming outgoing correspondences
Maintaining Project correspondence files
Arranging tickets, accommodations and company events.
Preparing for Company licenses, Registrations with government and statutory body.
To keep all company registration with government Bodies and Corporate Sector updated.
Assist in preparing tender documents ie, Technical and Commercial proposal, study contract document in order to prepare tender document in accordance with contract requirement.
Assist Fin & Admin in HR matters when necessary
Assist IMR in IMS documentations and procedures.
Assist project managers when necessary.
Preparing Customer Satisfaction survey and analysis of data in accordance with ISO 9001:2008 requirements.

Requirements:

Diploma holder in secretarial or any discipline
Minimum 5 years of relevant working experiece in a similar capacity
Possess good etiquette and an innate knowledge of proper protocols in managing the wide array of responsibilities
Highest regard and appreciation of the sensitivities that comes with exposure to confidential information
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Able to handle competing priorities to successfully meet deadlines and objectives
Able to respond quickly and positively to all situations with poise and efficiency
