CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR

PERSONAL SPECIFICATIONS
- Diploma or Degree in any discipline
- Good communication skills in English
- Experience in Microsoft and QAD preferred..

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the assigned customer in meeting customers satisfaction.
- To meet AOP target for sales of each customers.
- Responsible for handling customers request & feedback (quotation, product sample, compliant) arranging delivery, monitoring delivery status
- To manage feedback from customers in tactful, courteous and professional manner
- Responsible to keep Finished Goods inventory at the lower level and maintain the customer’s sales at the same time.
- Work closely with internal department such planning, manufacturing, QA & Engineering, Finance in order to fulfill customer satisfactions.
