Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the administration and execution of various human resources function with the main focus in compensation and benefits program, analyze data and information for business recommendation and decision making – constantly review, benchmark and analyze compensation and benefits against industry trend. 2.Assist in the administration of personnel transactions covering employees transfer, promotion, employment change status and separation.
3.Participate in the planning and implementation of all compensation and benefits related programs.
4. Support the overall planning and organizing of performance management, compensation and benefits review, salary review, bonus and other areas of human resources as and when required.
5. Review and update employee handbook as well as other policies and procedures to ensure consistency and fair application.
Requirements:
Degree in Business Administration / Human Resource Management or equivalent discipline preferably with few years working experience in compensation & benefits analysis, exposure in preparing proposals of various compensation & benefits related programs.
Good understanding of HR principles and employment legislations.
Ability to perform multiple tasks, determine priorities, meticulous and attention to details.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced changing environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications especially Excel.
Demonstrates maturity, good analytical skills and ability to communicate (oral and written) effectively at all levels.
