Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years experience in CNC programming in Sheet Metal Punching Machines ( experience in Amada, LVD Delta, LVD-Strippit & Program knowledge of such CNC Punching machines would be advantages)
- Possess minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Production Engineering / CAD-CAM Engineering / Drawing-Design
- Able to use AUTOCAD software to do drafting (experience in CAD/CAM would be advantages)
- Able to read Engineering Drawings, Design Drawings & interpret Tolerances.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be meticulous in performing daily job routine

What is it?
It is a new program under Ministry of Human Resource to improve and guarantee jobs opportunity to all Malaysian. The training fees will be support by the Ministry.

Tooling Design Engineer

PERSONAL SPECIFICATIONS
Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
Familiar with computer programs such as AutoCAD, Pro-Engineer, etc.
Minimum 2 years experience (Degree) or 3 years experience (Diploma) in fastener tooling design.
Have exploration of tool design, process design and fastener design.
Familiar with FMEA, SPC, APQP & PPAP activities and QS 9000 or TS 16949 quality standard.
Ability to communicate in a matrix environment with Think customer attitude.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Design and Preparation of technical drawings for process, Sales and tooling design.
Conducting & Managing first article meetings and co-ordinating until submission to customer.
Must be a team player under multicultural environment & ability to co-ordinate and drive things internally
Provide Technical support to production, quality and sales on technical issues related to products.
Understand the various technical standards relating to fastening systems
Preparation of Bill of material in the ERP system for new products.
Updating engineering changes (ECN) received from customers.
