ELECTRICAL AND ELECTRONIC ENGINEERS
General responsibilities
Responsible for the overall preventive and maintenance of electronics
or electrical areas. The responsibilities inclusive of but not limited to the following
core duties:-
Ensure effective and efficient strategies to meet the department goals
and standards at minimal manufacturing costs;
Coordinate and execute the preventive maintenance action plans;
Plan, monitor and ensure all spare parts are in good condition and
available at the point of use;
Strenghten and energize teams via employee engagement activities.
Job specifications
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate
Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or
equivalent.
At least 5 to 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is
required for this position. Those with
PLC knowledge are preferred.
Those with experience from the ceramic industry is an added advantage.
TECHNICAL OFFICERS
General responsibilities
Responsible to assist the Technical Manager in the areas pertaining to
technical (material science/ chemical), R&D and quality assurance.
Job specifications
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Material
Science/ Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
PRODUCTION EXECUTIVES/ SUPERVISORS
General responsibilities
Responsible for ensuring smooth operations of the production lines
through effective and efficient supervision of
planning, administration and control of goals achievement in regards to
capacity planning/ efficiency/ yield, production quantity and quality targets,
material and manpower planning, inventory control and cost reduction;
Job specifications
Candidates must possess a minimum SPM/STPM or equivalent with pass in
Mathematics. Those with Certificate/ Diploma/ Degree will have an added
advantage
Candidates must have at least 10 years working experience, with 5 years
experience in supervisor level.
TECHNICIANS (ELECTRICAL/ ELECTRONIC/ MECHANICAL)
General responsibilities
Responsible for the overall electrical/ electronic/ mechanical
preventive and maintenance jobs, inclusive of but not limited to installation
job, trouble-shooting, testing equipment and electrical/ mechanical parts.
Job specifications
Candidate must possess at least a recognised Certificate or Diploma in
Engineering (Electrical/Electronic/ Mechanical) or equivalent.
Those with experience in heavy machineries, vehicles maintenance are
preferred.
