We will be starting operation soon and we need production operators to begin in Dec 2011 and Jan 2012. Vacancies available:

PRODUCTION OPERATORS - 10 males and 10 Females vacancy

Employment Terms and Conditions offered are as follows:
1) Basic Salary per month: RM 800

2) Attendance allowance : RM30-00 per month shall be given to non- executive employees who has NO medical leave, lateness or absenteeism for the month.
Any employee who do not clock in shall be marked as late and shall forfeit their Attendance Allowance

3) Shift Allowance:
Second Shift RM 5.00
Third Shift RM 7.50

4) EPF :
The rates of contribution are normally as follows ;-
Employer’s Contribution - 12% of employee’s monthly salary

The employer’s contribution will be 12% + 3% = 15% of the monthly salary after the employee has completed three years of service with the organization. The first three years of service the 3%contribution and declared dividends for the years will be credited into the employee EPF account when the employee is eligible for this scheme.

Employees who resign within three years of service the additional 3 % EPF employer’s contribution is forfeited.

The organisation will not pay the additional 3% (EPF) for the bonus or ex-gratia payments declared by the management.

5) Annual Medical for Employee: RM 600 per annum
6) Hospitalisation & Surgery : Covered according to the Plan (include dependants)
7) Incentive Scheme : Will be established upon production operation
8) Bonus: Depending performance of Company and targets achieved.
9) Lunch: Free - Provided by Company
10)Working Hours : 8 hours per shift
11) Working Days: Monday to Saturday
12) Public Holiday: 12 days only observed.
13) Annual Leave: Entitlement for permanent employees:
0 – 3 years - 10 days
3 – 5 years - 14 days
5 – 10 years - 16 days
≥ 10 years - 18 days
