TECHNICIAN
Responsibilities:
• To ensure plant and building is maintained effectively and comply to safety
• Liaise with Production Supervisor on service and maintain all existing equipment
/ machines system
• Performs regular preventive maintenance and to act to minimize breakdowns
• To ensure proper and smooth operation of the production line
• To assist QA team member carry out products testing
• To ensure scheduled Preventive Maintenance are performed and comply to the
Standard Operating Procedure established and documented
• Adhere to ISO standard for all work done
• To record, minimize and control maintenance cost
Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma holder in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering
(Mechatronic/Electromechanical), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or
equivalent
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field and preferably in
plastic industry ;
• Able to trouble shoot, repair and has hands on in maintenance
• Experience with extrusion or blow moulding will be added advantage.
• Posses own vehicle and willing to follow shift work
• Good interpersonal and organizing skill
