We are looking for Logistic Specialist (temporary) for a period from February to June 2012. The position is based at Seremban site and please find the job description
Responsibilities:
·Process daily incoming orders entered by customer service
·Stock allocation and lot picking on FIFO basis. Check vessel schedule & booking with updates information provided to customer service
· Prepare shipping documents (delivery notes, invoices, and certificate of origin, Document for duty exemption, inspection report, papers for shipping hazardous materials and all required documents for the order) and prepare customs export import declarations
· Determine best way for mode of shipment and responsible to optimize payloads of trucks/container. Check freight charges and use the most comparative rate
· Give clear instruction to 3rd party logistic and co-ordinate with them until the order completed.
· Co-ordinate with Quality Dept & Technical Services & Development Dept for any compatibility test, requalified test required and allocates approved stock to customer.
· Assured all shipping document distributed to appropriate or designated party and to concerned persons.
· Secure correct labelling of products, sampling that complied with required legislation.
· Accountable for all the inventory accuracy under Cytec Malaysia facility and inventory movement at 3rd party warehouse
· Verifying the invoice from 3rd party logistic on billing accuracy with prompt checking to be submitted to Finance department for payment processing.

We are looking for Logistic Specialist (temporary) for a period from February to June 2012. The position is based at Seremban site and please find the job description
Responsibilities:
·Process daily incoming orders entered by customer service
·Stock allocation and lot picking on FIFO basis. Check vessel schedule & booking with updates information provided to customer service
· Prepare shipping documents (delivery notes, invoices, and certificate of origin, Document for duty exemption, inspection report, papers for shipping hazardous materials and all required documents for the order) and prepare customs export import declarations
· Determine best way for mode of shipment and responsible to optimize payloads of trucks/container. Check freight charges and use the most comparative rate
· Give clear instruction to 3rd party logistic and co-ordinate with them until the order completed.
· Co-ordinate with Quality Dept & Technical Services & Development Dept for any compatibility test, requalified test required and allocates approved stock to customer.
· Assured all shipping document distributed to appropriate or designated party and to concerned persons.
· Secure correct labelling of products, sampling that complied with required legislation.
· Accountable for all the inventory accuracy under Cytec Malaysia facility and inventory movement at 3rd party warehouse
· Verifying the invoice from 3rd party logistic on billing accuracy with prompt checking to be submitted to Finance department for payment processing.
Experience
· Working experience in customer service, import & export shipping functions
· Fresh graduate in any field.
Specific skills
Demonstrated service oriented attitude under all situations.
· Able to communicate and write in English
· Pro-active with the ability to anticipate problems and solve them right at the onset.
Understand of MS Office

Responsibilities:
Liaise with forwarding agent for import material/goods clearance.
Monitoring and maintenance containers records (date/time in & out)
Posting of goods receipt
Preparing of Purchase order for production material and maintenance spare parts.
Keeping good rapport with Customs officer
Maintaining and updating MIDA Exemption and CJ5 database
Preparing new application and renewal of MIDA Exemption & CJ5
Attend Customs queries and audit from time to time
Embrace monthly stock take activities
Oversee outbound logistics
Any matters directly and indirectly relating to Customs and import shipment
Other task assigned by superior from time to time
Requirements:
Minimum certificate in Logistic management or equivalent disciplines
Possess 2-3 years working experience preferably in manufacturing sector.
Computer literate, good in Microsoft Office and knowledge in SAP is added advantage.
Self-motivated with ability to work independently, strong team spirit and work in meeting deadline.
QC Technician
Responsibilities:
To execute incoming inspection, in process and outgoing inspection and data collection for IBC
To assist QC Assistant Manager in testing such as drop test, inner pressure test, microtome cutting & etc.
To carry out Inspection on special customer request
To conduct resin samples retaining and management
To assist in ISO audit, HALAL audit, BAM audit & FSSC project etc.
Requirements:
Possess Certificate/Diploma in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical, or equivalent disciplines
Possess 2-3 years of working experiences in QC related field
Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Words
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Knowledge of ISO 9001 is an added advantage
Preferable male
